About Us

Noor Cuffs is a small business selling islamic jewelry products, currently delivering within Lahore, Pakistan.

Orders

  • All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock after you order, we'll inform you and offer a refund or alternative.
  • Order confirmation requires a small advance payment (currently Rs 50), adjusted into your total order amount.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, repeated non-collection, or incorrect/incomplete delivery details.

Pricing

  • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and include applicable product cost. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout or shared via WhatsApp before order confirmation.
  • We may update prices at any time; the price at the time your order is confirmed is the price you'll pay.

Payment

  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Lahore.
  • The advance payment may be collected via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash to place the order.

Product Descriptions

  • We do our best to accurately describe and photograph our products. Minor variations in color or packaging may occur due to manufacturing or screen display differences.

Use of Our Website & WhatsApp Channel

  • You agree not to use our website or WhatsApp ordering channel for any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purpose.
  • Repeated fake orders or abuse may result in us declining to process future orders from you.

Limitation of Liability

  • We aim to provide quality products and service, but we are not liable for indirect damages arising from delays, product misuse, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., weather, courier delays).
