Delivery Area

We currently deliver within Lahore only. Orders outside Lahore cannot be processed at this time — we're working on expanding to other cities soon.

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 1-3 business days of order confirmation, via our local rider network.

Delivery Charges

A flat delivery fee of Rs 100 applies to all orders within Lahore, added on top of the product price at checkout.

Order Confirmation & Advance Payment

To confirm your order and prevent fraudulent or unclaimed orders, we require a small advance payment of Rs 50 at the time of order placement. This amount is adjusted against your total order value — it is not an extra charge.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

The remaining balance is paid in cash directly to our rider upon delivery. You're welcome to check your item before completing payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, our rider will contact you by call or message before arrival to coordinate delivery timing.

Delays

While we aim to deliver within 1-3 business days, delivery times may occasionally be affected by weather, traffic, or high order volume. We'll keep you informed via WhatsApp if any delay occurs.
